Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: [Date]
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PCB FOR ALL Inc. website and the purchase of our printed circuit board (PCB) and electronics manufacturing services ("Services"). By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Our Services
Our services are intended for business customers, engineers, and procurement professionals. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to make such purchases on behalf of your company.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all design files and specifications you provide. We rely entirely on the information you provide to fulfill your order.
2. Ordering and Quotations
All orders are subject to our acceptance and confirmation. A quotation provided by us is an invitation to place an order and is not a binding contract until we have accepted your order.
Once an order is placed, you are responsible for verifying all details in the order confirmation. You have a limited time to request changes, generally within 2 hours of order placement for standard lead times. After that, changes or cancellations may be subject to additional costs.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices if the specifications of your order differ from the original quotation.
Payment terms are specified at the time of order. For new customers, full prepayment is typically required. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and wire transfer. Delayed payments may result in suspension of order processing.
4. Manufacturing and Lead Times
Lead times are estimates and commence upon receipt of complete order information and payment. While we strive to meet all delivery commitments, lead times are not guaranteed and we are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Production tolerances: We manufacture to industry standards (IPC Class 2 or 3 as specified). A quantity tolerance of -5%/+10% is standard. Boards with missing circuits (X-outs) are acceptable in limited quantities and will be clearly marked.
5. Quality and Warranty
We warrant that our products will conform to your specifications and be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. Our standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery for material defects and workmanship.
This warranty does not apply to issues arising from:
- Customer design errors, inaccurate files, or component footprints.
- Improper storage, handling, or assembly by the customer.
- Normal wear and tear or external damage.
- Failure to perform test assembly on a sample board before full production.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
7. Export Compliance and Intellectual Property
You are responsible for ensuring that your designs and their use comply with all applicable U.S. and international export control laws, including ITAR and EAR regulations. By placing an order, you certify that you are not exporting, or causing to be exported, any export-controlled technical data.
You retain all intellectual property rights to your designs. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your design files.
8. Prohibited Uses
We do not accept orders for products intended for or related to weapons, military equipment, or other items that violate our content policy or applicable laws.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
